Our Kinship Resource Center serves as the initial point of contact for individuals seeking assistance with parenting a relative’s child in Onondaga County. Kinship families can reach out to us during our designated office hours to seek guidance on various aspects of kinship care, including kinship foster care, guardianship, child-only TANF, and other available resources.

Kinship Center Services:

• Family Intake
• Guardianship packets and temporary guardianship forms
• Child-Only TANF applications
• Foster Kinship conference rooms can be reserved for family meetings. A family facilitator can be provided free of charge. Please provide 48-hours notice.
• Printing, copying, scanning, emailing/faxing services.
• Food Deliveries (once a month)
• Computer Lab (TBA)
