Evette was born in New Brunswick, New Jersey. She has been married to Paul for thirty-three years, and mother of three adult children. She is the Founder and President, Restoreforlife, Inc., Restoreforlife, Inc is a Nonprofit with 501c3 status. The organization provides resources and assistance to those youth, adults and families who are or were part of the kinship and foster care system.

Before Restoreforlife, Inc, she served as an elementary teacher for twenty two years and the last six years of her profession she served as a master teacher advising and training new teachers. She collaborated with Syracuse University and Oswego College to train student teachers. During her tenure Evette was part of the school leadership team to turnaround a SCSD school. She was also trained by Robert Spicer, through the American Federation of Teachers to be a certified Circle Keeper for Restorative Justice. Evette is committed to her church and enjoys serving God. She enjoys traveling with her husband, spending time laughing and listening to her family, creating new memories and adventures.

Pamela Bussey is a Senior Case Manager at a Family Services agency in Massachusetts and works with diversified low-income families to provide stabilization. She is a recent graduate of Bay Path University and a Vice President of Restoreforlife, Inc. Pamela has two adult children and is the Auntie to many. Pamela believes in God, giving back to her church, camping, spending time with family and sharing laughs with all.

Teresita Mann, has been part of Restoreforlife since its foundation. She is one of our co-founders and has worked in the Social Work/Human Services field for over 20 years. She has served the community as caseworker, Health Educator, Group Facilitator, Domestic Violence Advocator and Family Counselor. In 2018, She was awarded with the Community Service Award by the state of New York's House of Assembly and in 2015 with the Educational Service Award by the Syracuse City School District Partners in Learning. As a bilingual person Ms. Mann is capable of effectively outreach to our target population in English as well as Spanish. She is passionate and has great experience working with people from different ethnicities and cultural backgrounds. She is the mother of an adult daughter and a wife. She believes in God, giving back to her community and gardening.
Latrelle C. Dunbar currently works remotely as a full time Call Center Quality Assurance Analyst. She has been a part of the Restoreforlife, Inc Marketing team since 2021, and is now one of the newest board members of Restoreforlife Inc, which provides services and resources to youth, adults and families who are or were part of the foster care or kinship care systems. She has participated in the Healing Through the Arts Creative Arts Program and truly believes in the works of this wonderful organization. Latrelle is the mother of three handsome adult sons, and a Graduate (with Honors) of Bryant and Stratton College with an Associates Degree in Graphic Design. She is the owner/operator of LatrelleDesigns, a graphic design company which provides a wide array of Graphic Design services to individuals, businesses and organizations.
Suzanne Khalil is an Analyst at one of the world’s largest energy companies, currently living in upstate New York. Suzanne joined the Restoreforlife, Inc. Executive Council in 2021 and has dedicated her free time to helping the organization provide those in need of resources and support in the local community. She currently serves as the Treasurer and Chair of the Financial Committee of RestoreforLife, Inc. and volunteers her time at community outreach events and fundraisers throughout the year. She enjoys using her skills to help others in any way that she can and is particularly passionate about helping this population because many of the people in her life that she loves and grew up with are part of the foster and kinship community.
Paul Williams, is a graduate of SUNY Morrisville and a Service Repair Technician, for New York State Parks, Recreation, and Historic Preservation. He has forty years of service to the central region and is a licensed NYS Motor Vehicle Inspector. Paul has been married to his wonderful wife Evette for thirty-three years and they have three children. Paul is a proud member of the 100 Black Men of Syracuse, a brotherhood of like minded men. They mentor young men of color in education, health and wellness, and entrepreneurship. The work he does for this organization is rewarding. Paul serves in his church and believes in giving back to God and the believers. He enjoys being with family, friends, traveling to different places, playing golf, going to sporting events and taking long walks with his wife. Paul says, “Life is good when you believe that goodness over shadows evil and positivity goes a long way.”
James Riley is a Concord University graduate from West Virginia with more than 8 years of experience in digital media. In addition to his professional background, he holds a barber license and resides in Virginia. Since 2021, he has been a dedicated member of RestoreforLife and looks forward to the organization's future endeavors. At his church, James is an integral part of the 'sights and sounds' team, where he passionately contributes to spreading the Gospel to all who are willing to hear. Outside of work, he devotes the majority of his time to his wife and two children, and he actively participates in his wife's nonprofit organization, SOA Serve.
